Lay Leadership Day

February 8, 2020 - 9:30am
On Saturday, February 8, the parish will be hosting Leadership Day in Centennial Hall in Saint Clement School.
All parishioners—current leaders and participants in parish ministries and groups, aspiring leaders, and others concerned about lay leadership at Saint Clement and the Catholic Church—are invited to attend. Starting at 9:30 am, Lay Leadership Day will feature a series of guided, small-group discussions involving parishioners and members of our pastoral staff to address how lay leaders can more fully incorporate their Catholic faith into their role, how lay leaders be more effective in organizing, planning and motivating parish ministries and groups to achieve their mission, and how lay leaders can shape their role to help renew Saint Clement Parish and the Catholic Church in this period of rapid change.
The day will be guided by John Fontana, Co-Director of Loyola’s Ignatian Legacy Fellows program and teacher at Georgetown’s Executive “Masters in Leadership” program.
