Clement Moms Serve Dinner at Ronald McDonald House
A group of around 18 Clement Moms served dinner to families at the Ronald McDonald House in downtown Chicago on Monday, January 25. The RMH near Lurie Children's Hospital provides care for families of children with complex medical needs by providing comfort, compassion and community.
Volunteers serve lunch and dinner at the house every day through the Meals from the Heart Program. Clement Moms prepared homemade meat and vegetarian lasagnas, roasted veggies, green bean fries, hot chocolate and desserts for a group of more than 50 guests. One special boy introduced the moms to the Moo Mixer Supreme, a kid's glass which mixes chocolate and milk with the touch of a button. Moo Mixers are sure to be seen around Saint Clement in the near future.
Volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House can be found on their website. The Clement Moms look forward to returning to the house May 17. Please join us!
