Key Takeaways from Parish-Wide Survey!

September 1, 2021
THANK YOU to the almost 600 parishioners and school families who completed our 2021 Parish Survey this summer. We were overwhelmed by the responses this year and appreciate all those who took the time to provide feedback on our parish family. It's important for us to check the temperature every year and not only did we survive throughout this year in a pandemic, we are thriving!
We encourage you to review this PDF of our key takeaways in terms of areas to celebrate and areas for improvement based on the feedback given in the survey. We are so happy to report that 9 out of 10 people believe Saint Clement is moving in a good direction! That really is outstanding! Our ministries are growing, your financial commitment is strong, and we are in a good place to intentionally invite each other to go deeper in faith and go deeper in our community. In fact, we include four specific invitations for you to take that first step.
Many of the survey questions came from The Clement Way teams, and we thank them again for their volunteer commitment this past summer. Their thorough research and thoughtful insight in checking our vitality today and discerning the next steps of our priorities is crucial to us moving forward. As mentioned here, as we continue to work on pastoral planning with the core team and parish leadership, we'll keep you informed. If you are interested in working on an implementation team around our areas for improvement, please contact Nicole Zenner of the parish staff.
