Staff Changes: Letter from Fr. Peter - July 2021
Dear Saint Clement Parish Family,
Each day we continue to improve our way of operating and find new efficiencies, shepherding our resources while advancing the parish mission of being disciples for Christ.
Based on the advice from the Finance Council’s Strategic Initiatives Committee, to streamline processes for the church and school we will create two new positions: Parish Finance Manager and Director of Infrastructure & Facilities Operations. The new Parish Finance Manager will handle all the finances for the church and the school including bookkeeping and reporting functions as well as payroll, HR, and related records. The new Director of Infrastructure & Facilities Operations will manage the Director of Facilities and custodial staff, assess and monitor repairs and renovations with the Director of Facilities, interface with the Buildings & Grounds Committee and be responsible for parish security.
With the creation of these two new roles, we will be eliminating two existing roles: Director of Operations and the School Accountant position. These two positions will end as of August 13, 2021, allowing us time to seek out qualified candidates for the new positions.
