Staffing Updates: Letter from Fr. Peter

August 5, 2021
Dear Saint Clement Parish Family,

A few weeks ago, I shared some staffing changes that align with how we are continuing to improve our way of operating and advancing the parish mission of being disciples for Christ. We are actively recruiting for these three open positions and know that the Holy Spirit will help guide the best person for each role to us.

While we continue to prepare for the Fall, I am happy to announce three new staff members that are starting at Saint Clement this month.

Firstly, Kelly Deehan has begun her role as Campus Minister. This is a new role put in place to help with the day to day formation integration between the School and Parish. She will be working closely with our students and teachers for weekly liturgies and service opportunities, as well as with Fr. Paul, Lori Howard, Rachel Espinoza, and Fr. Matt of the parish staff.

Secondly, Kristene Hiepler-Hartwig will join us as our Administrative Support Coordinator. From keeping our office machines running, to ordering supplies, to assisting Rachel Espinoza with Religious Education prep and classes, Kristene will be at the heart of what keeps things moving forward in our parish office.

Finally, we are so grateful to have an Amate House Fellow join us for the next 10 months. For those that may not be aware of Amate House, their mission is to develop young adult leaders into life-long social justice advocates who serve their communities while deepening their faith. Martina Ricca is joining us from her home state of Texas and will jump right into many of the monthly and legacy service and community outreach programs we have in place.

Please join me in welcoming these new members to our Parish Staff, and continue to pray for us as we navigate these new beginnings and transitions.

With much gratitude,
Fr. Peter Wojcik, Pastor
