It’s tough being the new one in a parish. Share what you know to lift up another!

This summer, Saint Clement is launching the Navigator role and invites adult parishioners to become Saint Clement Navigators.

What is the Navigator Program?
It is a parish-wide initiative to match new parishioners to an established parishioner who will:

  • Provide a personal face of welcome

  • Get to know the new parishioner and their hopes/desires for engagement with the parish and for discipleship in the parish

  • Provide guidance, navigation, and invitations to parish events over the newcomer’s first 6 months as a parishioner.

Through a small investment of time, intentionality, and hospitality, you could make a special impact on the journeys of new parishioners seeking to pray, serve, learn, belong, and give. Learn more about the role here.
