This Lent, Saint Clement once again is partnering with the Archdiocese of Chicago to offer the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey to our parish—and your voice matters.
This brief 10–15 minute survey, created by the Catholic Leadership Institute, helps us better understand:
How you are growing spiritually
How connected you feel to our parish
How we can better support you in living your faith
Where God is calling Saint Clement to grow

Your honest feedback will help us understand where we are thriving and where God may be inviting us to grow.
The survey is completely confidential. Saint Clement will only receive results in a combined, anonymous format. This Fall, we will share what we’ve learned and how it will shape our future liturgies, ministries, and priorities. As a reference, the 2023 results of the DMI Survey helped to inform our Adoration and Confession offerings, along with the topics we dive into during our Beta courses.
