In recognition of the Saint Clement church mission and vision, the Young Adult Community (YAC) is an inclusive community of parishioners in our 20's and 30's on a journey of faith in Jesus Christ. We grow in faith through engaging in the liturgy, deepening relationships, serving one another and the greater community, and gratefully sharing with others the gifts we have each been given.
We have various spiritual, service, and social opportunities to be involved with so please subscribe to our weekly e-newsletter and follow us on social media (see below) to learn about some of our upcoming events.
Community Leadership
Our Young Adult Board consists of about ten young adult parishioners, led by two co-chairs. Each board member focuses on one of the five anchors at Saint Clement - Belong, Learn, Pray, Serve, and Give. The Board is excited to welcome you into this community within the Saint Clement parish family!

YAC Adoration Hour
Thursday, May 9, 6:30 p.m., Church
Would you pass up a FREE VIP session to sit one on one with your favorite Artist/ Celebrity/or Athlete? Or 1st row seats to your favorite concert or Team? Odds are you would drop everything to be there. Please don’t miss out on an EVEN BETTER opportunity to personally spend some quality time to pray and reflect with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Adoration. Whether you can join for 5 minutes or the entire hour, we encourage you to come and pray with us.
YAC Wine & Cheese
Sunday, May 12 after 7 p.m. Mass
Join us for our monthly YAC Wine & Cheese social on Sunday, May 12th following the 7:00 p.m. Mass! Learn about our upcoming events and how to get involved at Saint Clement, enjoy light snacks and refreshments, catch up with old friends, meet new YAC members, and more!
YAC Formal - Hollywood Nights
Have you been looking for a reason to dress up and dance the night away? Join us for our second annual YAC Formal, themed Hollywood Nights! There will be plenty of dancing, a raffle with various prizes, and opportunities to meet new YAC members. Suit and tie and long dresses are strongly encouraged.

YAC Running Club
Mondays at 6:30 p.m. on the Plaza
Whether you are new to running, training for a race, or you enjoy being outdoors, join us for group runs every Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Saint Clement (depending on weather).

Past Events
Lent 2024 Retreat
Thank you to all who joined us on our Lenten retreat! We dove into topics of how to move past fear, with God, so that you may face your crosses daily and share God's light and love with those around us. A special thank you to Sr. Stephanie and the Mission of Our Lady of the Angels for their warm hospitality!
Theology on Tap
We hosted a record-breaking number of young adults this past July-August for our yearly Theology on Tap summer speaker series! We’d like to thank Tom Wilson, CEO of Allstate, the young adults who volunteered to be panelists for our week 2 session, Lisa Fortini-Campbell, former professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and Brandon Henderson, Transformational Pastor at Soul City Church, for graciously giving their time and wisdom on the topic of Purpose to our community!
2023 YAC Formal
On May 13, 2023 the Saint Clement YAC held its first Formal Dance in the Saint Clement School gym. The theme was James Bond: Mission Impossible. Many dressed in formal attire while dancing the night away to our awesome DJ, who spun nostalgic throwback tracks all evening long. There also was a raffle with various prizes ranging from T-Shirts from Burwood Tap to a Dinner with Father Matt. Huge thanks goes out to Grace Conway, our Belong chair, for organizing this epically entertaining event! We look forward to next year’s dance already! See below for photos:
